Security of Supply in Public Procurement

Presentation in the conference Procurement in times of crises: national experiences, in Tartu on January 26, 2023. LEXSECURE co-PI Kirsi-Maria Halonen gave the presentation ‘Security of Supply in Public Procurement’. The hybrid conference was organised by the public procurement research group of the University of Tartu School of Law, and brought together approximately 190 participants from different corners of Europe.
