Proactive Contracting and Legal Design as enablers of systemic change

LEXSECURE researchers Isabell Storsjö (UTU) and Piia Kaave (ULapland) presented the paper ‘Proactive contracting and legal design: Enablers of systemic change in purchasing and supply chain management’ on April 3, 2023 at the annual conference of the International Purchasing and Supply Education and Research Association (IPSERA) in Barcelona (2–5 April 2023). Juho Salonranta (UEF), who is affiliated with the LEXSECURE project, was the third co-author of the paper. The theme of the conference was ‘Systemic Change’ and the conference gathered 337 participants from both academia and industry.
