LEXSECURE PI Jakko Salminen presented on the topic ‘Litigating Sustainability: A Governance Perspective on Liability for Value Chain Externalities’ (co-authored by the project’s WP2 leader Mikko Rajavuori) at the Conference on Sustainability and Corporate Accountability, organised online by the Sustainability Law Research Group at the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo on April 13–14, 2023. The event was targeted to researchers working at the nexus of corporate accountability and the transition to sustainability.
